The Woolcock Group has been specialising in the design and construction of Industrial and Commercial buildings for over thirty years. Our in-house design team works closely with our clients to develop the best possible facility incorporating sustainable certification and cost effective design.

The last five years have seen The Woolcock Group expand and grow, winning many design and construct contracts in and around the metropolitan area, with clients ranging from multi-national corporations to owner/investors. Turnover for the group is in the vicinity of 30 million over the last five years.

As developers and owners of many commercial properties within South Australia we have been able to gain insight into our clients’ and tenant’s needs and the operational requirements of different industries. We do not just erect a building but design a building to suit the needs and requirements of all stakeholders.
