COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT – HINDMARSH

BRIEF

Our client sought a feasibility study from the Woolcock Group regarding the prominent site at the junction of South Rd and Manton St, Hindmarsh (Project 1). As this first project was a successful investment for the client a later brief sought a further feasibility study regarding the site at the rear of the above property (Project 2).

CONCEPT

Both buildings were designed as two storey office/showrooms with warehouse facilities featuring high quality office fitouts incorporating stainless steel stairs, stormwater harvesting, plenty of car parking and high profile street presence.

CHALLENGE

To help our client achieve the best possible return on their investment.

OUTCOME

Project 1 went on to be designed and constructed by the Woolcock Group and is fully leased.

Project 2 also went on to be designed and constructed by the Woolcock Group and is also fully leased.
