Three separate driveways lead into 35 Circuit Drive, Hendon so you can easily access the area you need.

Building 2 contains car parking at the entrance to the building as well as another 13 carparks behind the photo view. Landscaping lines the boundary.

A permeable pavement at the rear of the building guides staff members from one building to the other while keeping them out of the main thoroughfare.

The goal for these buildings was to provide maximum warehouse space, with almost the entire floor space dedicated to light industry operations as opposed to splitting it into multiple tenancies.

Building 1 has three roller doors, a sealed concrete floor, and staff amenities and mezzanine at the rear.
