Woolcock Construction was delighted to be engaged by the Halifax Vogel Group for their purpose built warehouse accommodating the storage of stone and high end building products.
The project was designed with the client to showcase their products in a front office and showroom. A removable wall was added to the warehouse to enable a future planned expansion (Stage 2).
The Council mandated retention of the significant gum trees at the front of the site, therefore the project was designed around the trees.
The project was a great success... meeting the Client's needs and schedule, as they had to relocate during construction.
