This project at 27 Waddikee Road in Lonsdale comprised of 3 buildings on two separate levels. Building A is positioned on the upper level, opposite the top floor of Building B. The ground floor of Building B then faces Building C on the opposite side. This project was uniquely designed to work with the contour of the sloping land. Hollow core concrete was used to form a bridge between Buildings B and C as well as flooring for Building B, creating a structurally sound base to work on.
The site now houses 20 new warehouse/office tenancies ranging between 255m2 to 305m2. Each tenancy contains a warehouse space in addition to modern office, kitchenette and bathroom areas. There is also a mezzanine floor for additional storage space. Precast concrete walls make for a durable construction and 4.2m x 4.5m roller shutters enables smooth logistics operations.
